BehindWhatYouSee

I am going to share with you two photos that I ADORE, two photos which make me smile everytime I see them, two photos that should, on first glance, just appear like nothing, dull, even - just images of normal people interacting- but its when you look at these pictures again, for the second time, that makes me really excited.

1. The first one was taken on the set of one of the Harry Potter films. I love this one....not simply because its HARRY POTTER but because ist Voldemort and Dumbledore sitting down a sharing a cosy chat. They seem so natural, so at ease. It almost laughable to think that these two actors will within the next half hour be acting out scenes of hate for eachother. If these two had just been captured talking in their regular clothes, this picture would have held no weight. It just makes me giggle though, Voldemort and Dumbledore relaxing - hanging out. So special.

2. This one is a FAV of mine. It two social sterotypes placed together in this special photo - the punk and the cheeky boy. I love the way the punk is dressed, his studs and leather, the dyed hair - an outfit that would make him unapprochable to alot of people (not me, i might add!). He is dressed to look hard and cool, scary almost. But it takes nothing at all to break this social stereotype - simply a little boy! And that is what I love about this picture. I love the way the spiked become a means of amusement for the little boy. I love their smiles- not only the child's, but the man's - whose scary, hard look is completely obliterated by the cheeky child. I love how happy the punk is made just by the child's own happiness. Such a special moment caught on camera.

Just Like Tom Thumb's Blues

A montage of Marilyn's final film: 'Something's Gotta Give', which was never finished due to the star's untimely death before filming could finish. She looks divine....so haunting to realise that these were some of her final days....

Adore

I recently watched 'The Top 50 Best Ever Kisses'. Number one turned out to be the kiss in the last episode of 'The Office UK', which was good but in my personal opinion it did not deserve the number one spot; I think they missed out some very important ones. However, never fear, as I thought I would make a collaboration of my personal favourite kisses.
So experience this magic (in not particular order!):

1. The Notebook MTV Best Kiss Awards - The first time I saw this I was in shock. A nice happy shock. This was amazing and especially seeing as they were together at the time...

2. The Notebook Kiss: The original of course. Amazing then. Amazing now. Amazing for ever. Obviously.

3. Breakfast at Tiffany's:

4. Andy Warhol's 'The Kiss' - This is not the original. Rather, its more of a combined effort put to music, but its still rather special, don't you think?

5. Its not one the best kisses, but it definitely worth the share. Grey's Anatomy, series 4.

6. Romeo and Juliet, Moulin Rouge...Baz delivers some of the most magical kisses ever.

7. Titanic: 'a cut kiss' and the original speciality, or course.

8. The Spiderman Kiss - of course- but also, The OC version of it was equally as brilliant, in my honest opinion. (Sorry for the bad quality on this one!)

9. Sometimes, animation is just a magic as real life:

10. Doomed Love.

11. Here is a lovely collective group of kisses:

12. Ross and Rachel

13. Some Like It Hot - a purely comic kiss

The 00s

I recently stumbled across this little advert. Its old but rather special, don't you think?

However, I recent;y watched the 'Top 20 Adverts of the Decade', and this, unsurprisingly and deservedly, won the top spot. This is the voted best ad of the decade :) : enjoy.
